How fast do we ship your order?
We will ship your order as fast as we can, this is usually within 5-10 business days. Although we are known for our spore quality throughout the world, it’s still just a small-batch operation. Due to increasing order volume, it is possible for your order to be delayed longer than our usual shipping time during peak holidays or busy periods. Your order will be shipped, we promise. If your order is delayed, it’s likely because we have to make a fresh batch of what you ordered. Rest assured, your batches are likely as fresh as your order. If your order is delayed in shipping, please contact the carrier, not us.
Where do you ship? CA, ID, GA?
First, we will not ship to restricted states. In the United States this includes California, Idaho, and Georgia; whom specifically banned the import of spores from active species. We will not ship here, so don’t ask. Please read our Terms of Service for more on restricted state orders.
We currently ship to the United States (excluding the three restricted states), Canada, and Australia. If you are ordering from outside the United States, please be sure to remember we take no responsibility if customs seizes or destroys your package. We cannot control this and will not offer refunds or discounted replacements. Please order at your own risk.
How is my package sent?
You have the option for USPS tracked First Class (Standard Option) or Priority Mail (Expedited Option) at checkout. It will usually come in a 7.5″x12″ or 8.5″x12″ padded mailer, Priority Mail flat rate box, or a larger box for orders above 10-12 syringes.
Where is my tracking? Why isn’t it updating?
Once we generate your label, you will receive an email from Pirate Ship within a few hours. We usually generate labels the day packages are sent out, so if it hasn’t updated yet just give it some time. It’s common for the carrier’s tracking to freeze in acceptance or in transit, this does not mean your package was lost. Please be patient.
Canadian customers have two forms of shipping offered – Standard International First Class & Priority Mail International. Australia customers have only one Priority mail option.

We cannot ship bulky or large items to Canada or Australia.
Ship anywhere else?
We may, but it’s not likely. Customs restrictions around the world make it extremely difficult to receive spore syringes, as most fluid need to be tested. Swabs and prints usually send fine. If you’re looking for swabs or prints and live in a location other than USA, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to inquire about shipping cost and availability.
